EB 1.29ct Moval Diamond Ring

Part of our in-house EB line that incorporates rare antique diamonds into modern, minimal mountings. This diamond is an exceptionally rare 1.29 carat "moval" cut diamond-- an early version of the marquise cut that is less elongated, with more rounded ends. It was probably cut at the end of the 19th century. The East-West oriented mounting is our design and is built in platinum and 18K yellow gold, in a construction style popular around the turn of the century. The diamond comes with an EGL USA certificate stating G-H color and VS2 clarity. Made in New York.
