A beautifully constructed, perhaps American Indian made, dragon's breath opal ring with three electric iridescent cabochons set in silver. Dragon's breath opals are a rare type of glass made mostly in the early 20th century by infusing copper in molten glass. The result is a reddish stone that flashes electric blue.
Currently a size 7 and could be resized in the 6 to 8 range for $50.
