A very high quality c1910 Edwardian-era oval cluster ring with approximately 1.30 carats of old European cut diamonds. Built in platinum topped 14K yellow gold. 

Currently a size 4-3/4 and could be resized in 4.5 to 7 range for $75.

Good. One diamond might be an old replacement. Slightly oval from a past resizing. Would be corrected if sized up.
