An unusual Victorian era Masonic fob built in vulcanite (an early thermoplastic made from rubber), with enamel detailing, and six pyrite orbs set on the face. The reverse has the letters "ORC" for the Order of Railway Conductors, a labor union started in 1868. Dates to c1890.
