An Art Deco c1925 ring with a round diamond set in between two small round pearls. The mounting is built in 14K yellow gold with hand engraved detailing and a platinum top around the diamond. Marks inside the ring suggest it was perhaps made in Eastern Europe. A maker's mark "RCO" is stamped inside. The diamond has a large flaw but is exceptionally bright.

Currently a size 8-1/4 and could be resized in the 6.5 to 9 range for $75.

Note that pearl rings are somewhat delicate and not well suited to daily wear.

Materials

Pearls, Approx. 0.25ct Round Diamond (Approx. F/I2), 14K and Platinum

Date

c1925

Condition

Good. Probably sized up at some point. One pearl is a likely replacement, but matches reasonably well. A little glue residue visible underneath pearls.
