A perfect late-Edwardian/ early-Art Deco engagement ring with a beautifully faceted 0.56 carat old European cut of excellent quality. A delicate, and unusually slender and low-slung filigree mounting in platinum with diamond sides. Inscribed inside with initials, which are worn and illegible. A date is also present which appears to read "June 1, 1915." Comes with an EGL USA certificate for the center diamond stating G/H color and SI1 clarity. An independent appraisal is also included.
