An early 20th century jade ring with a geometric design that was probably inspired by American Indian motifs. An inscription inside reads "K.C.P. '09 M.A.R." Significantly predating Art Deco rings of similar design, this ring was well ahead of its time. A mark inside indicates it was made by Larter & Sons, a prominent Newark jeweler around the turn of the century. In 14K gold with a large nephrite jade cabochon.
