An unusually large late Georgian or early Victorian fly/insect brooch made of silver Vauxhall glass. The Vauxhall Glassworks company in London produced mirror backed glass jewelry throughout the eighteenth and nineteenth century. Although they were little more than souvenir trinkets at the time, they're very rare to find now.
