Part of our in-house EB line that incorporates antique and vintage stones into modern minimal mountings of our design. This ring has a c1920 oval sapphire weighing 1.07 carats. It's set in an East-West oriented platinum and 18K yellow gold mounting. The sapphire was recently re-polished to remove surface abrasions. It has lovely color and relatively good clarity. Evidence of heat treatment is present-- an enhancement common in sapphires going back to ancient times. Made in New York.
