Part of our in-house EB line that incorporates antique and vintage diamonds into modern, minimal mountings. This diamond is a very rare oval shaped old mine cut diamond weighing 0.95 carats, and dating to the early to mid 19th century. The mounting is our design and is built in platinum and 18K yellow gold, in a construction style that was popular around the turn of the century. The diamond comes with a GIA certificate stating H color and SI2 clarity. Although the diamond is an SI2, the flaws are situated in the stone so that they're very difficult to see without strong magnification. Made in New York.
