An estate Tiffany & Co engagement ring in their classic solitaire form, which has been made since the 19th century. This ring is platinum with a 0.40 carat round brilliant cut diamond. Full serial number and marks inside, which became customary for Tiffany engagement rings starting around 2000. 

Currently a size 4-1/2 and could be resized in the 3.5 to 7 range for $75.
