A spectacular late 19th century bracelet with a large cluster of rose cut diamonds set over four tiers on a central circular plaque. The diamonds total approximately 2.30 carats. The diamonds are collet-set in silver to emulate a style of construction popular in the 18th century, which many Victorian jewelers nostalgically sought to imitate. The rest of the bracelet is strikingly modern and Victorian however with a gold knife edge cuff, and a delicate filligreed gallery beneath the diamonds. Beautifully preserved and dating to c1880.
