A spectacular mid-19th century bracelet with approximately ten carats of fiery old mine cut white diamonds set in silver topped gold. The largest diamonds weigh approximately 0.75ct each. Beautifully hand made with hinged links, filigreed galleries, unusually figured prongs, and a diamond-embellished release button for the clasp. The work of an extremely skilled jeweler. Without marks but possibly Eastern European or Russian. Surprisingly modern and wearable for a 170 year old bracelet, and in immaculate condition.
