Description:
An unusual Georgian-era ring with a large pale yellow-green stone (probably either a citrine or jargoon), collet-set in 9K gold with a foil backing. The foil behind the stone has oxidized to a green color, and partly deteriorated, giving the stone a particularly dynamic quality. A very attractive ring. Inside the initials "A J A" are inscribed.
