Condition:		Very Good. The shank is probably a very old replacement.

Description:		A late Georgian or early Victorian garnet ring with flat cut, foil backed stones collet-set in 9K gold. Because of the way the stones are set, they appear nearly black in some light, and glow red at other times. A beautiful little ring. Please note that the foil-backing behind the stones make this ring less suitable for everyday wear.
